Some of our services can be done from the age of 16 please get in touch to find out which are 18+ only.
Please inform us of any medical conditions / medication you are or have been experiencing / taking in the last year. If you are taking any medication or have any common / uncommon medical conditions we have to check with our insurance policy that you can have the treatment / service done. It can take take anywhere between 1 hour - 1 week for insurers to get back to us, because of this you must book in advance if you have anything to disclose.
This process only has to be done for your first visit, if we are able to go ahead with your appointment we wont have to change or check anything again unless something changes medically for future appointments.
(If you can not be seen when you arrive for the appointment because of anything stated above you may still be charged.)

For anything booked outside of the link for Shedul/Fresha you will be asked for a deposits to secure your appointment this is non refundable if the appointment is rearranged or cancelled within 24 hours or you do not arrive for the appointment on time or atal.
Groupon, wowcher, vouchers and session cancellation: For groupon, any other vouchers or sessions (example 3 sessions of facial pre paid) we do not take cash or transfer deposit but we will take your security code as a deposit when making the appointment. With groupon vouchers or pre paid vouchers you have the option when cancelling sooner that 24 hours to pay a cancellation fee £10 for every hour booked in order to keep the session or voucher and use another time instead of loosing them all together.
Some of our services require consultation and/or a patch test to comply with our insurance policy this must be done at least 24 or 48 hours prior to the service. You can check if your treatment will require this by getting in touch. It is your responsibility to have this done and if you arrive without doing so you may be charged if time is wasted.
For Piercing Training Courses we require 50% of the course price as a deposit. We take this amount because our courses are up to 5 days and if cancelled without sufficient notice we may not be able to fill your space and this amount covers a daily loss, as well as course expenses. We offer a full refund if you cancel giving at least 1 week notice prior to the course date. For cancellations within a week, the amount you are refunded depends our total loss due to your cancellation, meaning, you may receive a partial refund after the course date would have been complete if applicable. Fees: When paying a deposit via pay pal we request that you select the family/friends option, to avoid being charged a fee, If you do not follow this, we will not charge you directly but if you do cancel and are eligible to a refund, we do deduct the fee from the refund. If you pay via card machine in store we are again charged a percentage and this is not charged to you directly but is deducted from your refund if eligible. If you pay via bank transfer or cash there is no fee, therefore you will not be charged from your refund.
