All information is based on requirements from our insurers. If you can not be seen when you arrive for the appointment because of anything listed on this page you may still be charged. 

If there is anything on here (or not) that you may be experiencing please get in touch before making the appointment and we can discuss with our insurers if we can go ahead.

The majority of our services require you to be 18 or above. Please get in touch to find out which services can be offered to clients under 18.

Medical Requirements

  • When you arrive for your appointment you will be given a medical information form and be expected to answer some questions, agree to certain points and give a signature. 

  • We also need to know of any or all types of medication you may be taking. We take this information to comply with our insurance policy and there requests. If you prefer not to make us aware of anything we can not carry out the service. If there is anything listed (or not) that you are experiencing or have experienced at any time please get in touch via text message or phone call before making the appointment so that we can discuss with our insurers if we can go ahead. 

Some common circumstances that you may believe will no effect your chances of having any treatments done may include:

  • Pregnancy and Breast Feeding 
  • Cancer and Treatment For Cancer 
  • Wearing Contact Lenses During Treatment
  • Diabetes 
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis or Methotrexate 
  • & More 

Please get in touch if there is anything  medical or otherwise that you would usually write on a consultation/medical form so that we can get our insurers approval before you arrive for your appointment, failing to do so may mean we can not go ahead, would have to reschedule and possibly take a deposit. 

Deposit And Cancelation Fees *(For Appointments Booked Direc

  • For anything booked outside of the link for Shedul/Fresha provided for some appointmnets on the booking page you will be asked for a deposits to secure your appointment this is non refundable if the appointment is rearranged or cancelled within 24 hours or you do not arrive for the appointment on time or atal. 

  • Groupon, wowcher, vouchers and session cancellation: For groupon, any other vouchers or sessions (example 3 sessions of facial pre paid) we do not take cash or transfer deposit but we will take your security code as a deposit when making the appointment. With groupon vouchers or pre paid vouchers you have the option when cancelling sooner that 24 hours to pay a cancellation fee £10 for every hour booked in to keep the session or voucher and use another time instead of loosing them all together.  

  • Some of our services require consultation and/or a patch test to comply with our insurance policy this must be done at least 24 or 48 hours prior to the service. You can check if your treatment will require this by going to more options in the menu and selecting the service you are having in the drop down bar. It is your responsibility to have this done and if you arrive without doing so you may be charged if time is wasted.
