Please read all information below before making an appointment. We follow these guidelines to comply with our insurance policy. Different insurance companies provide different policies, and other salons may not have these same guidelines.
Some of our services can be done from the age of 16 please get in touch to find out which are 18+ only.
Please inform us of any medical conditions / medication you are or have been experiencing / taking in the last year. If you are taking any medication or have any common / uncommon medical conditions, we have to check with our insurance providers that you can have the service done. It can take take anywhere between 1 hour - 1 week for insurers to get back to us, because of this you must book in advance if you have anything to disclose.
This process only has to be done for your first visit, if we are able to go ahead with your appointment ,we wont have to change or check anything again, unless something changes medically for future appointments.
(If you can not be seen when you arrive for the appointment because of anything stated above you may still be charged.)

For general daily booking.
Requirements before booking that can be changed if found unable due to not reading and complying with:
Read medical and age restrictions above.
Read deposit and cancellation policies.
Read patch test requirements bellow.
If you avoid this and are unable to receive the service when you arrive for your appointment because you did not make us aware of this information, you will loose your deposit or voucher /session.
GROUPON / VOUCHER HOLDERS BE AWARE:
Please be aware groupon vouchers are for new clients only if you are found to be using a second voucher you will be changed accordingly upon arrival to the appointment.
CANCELLING WITHIN 24HR:
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs this isn't possible through the booking page, and you have to text or call to make me aware, you will loose your deposit, voucher or session as its within 24 hours, but if you do not inform us of your changes you will be excluded from booking future appointments.
You will be given the chance to pay £10 to recover your voucher or session if you were excluded for not informing us of changes the first time you are excluded.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING BEFORE 24HR POLICY:
If you cancel before 24hrs and are able to get a refund you have to request this via text or call 07486362211, you can not get a refund via the booking link, I have to approve it. If you reschedule before 24hrs you are NOT required to pay another deposit to move the appointment.
PATCH TEST REQUIREMENTS:

All new clients require a patch test,including if you have had any of these services done previously, if you have had it done recently, we have to have a record of your test done in store. Regular clients that have not had the service done within 3 months also need to have a new test, and if you are experiencing any new reactions to other products you will need a new test. Testing is done in store to ensure it is completed correctly, takes a few seconds, and must be done 48 hours before the treatment.
FOR MICROBLADING PATCH TEST:
£5 is taken for the microblading patch test and taken off of the total amount of the service, if the service is not provided we take this amount to cover the cost of the test, ( this is due to clients unnecessarily receiving tests, the cost of a microblding test is higher than a usual test.
For Piercing Training Courses.
Due to COVID 19 we can not provide dates for courses until we are given a opening date , instead we take your deposit, you are then added to a waiting list, and will be given a course date to choose from as soon as we re open.
We require 50% of the course price as a deposit. We take this amount because our courses are up to 5 days and if cancelled without sufficient notice we may not be able to fill your space and this amount covers a daily loss, as well as course expenses. We offer a full refund if you cancel giving at least 1 week notice prior to the course date. For cancellations within a week, the amount you are refunded depends our total loss due to your cancellation, meaning, you may receive a partial refund after the course date would have been complete if applicable. Fees: When paying a deposit via pay pal we request that you select the family/friends option, to avoid being charged a fee, If you do not follow this, we will not charge you directly but if you do cancel and are eligible to a refund, we do deduct the fee from the refund. If you pay via card machine in store we are again charged a percentage and this is not charged to you directly but is deducted from your refund if eligible. If you pay via bank transfer or cash there is no fee, therefore you will not be charged from your refund.
If you are unable to complete all 5 days of the course we may be able to finish at a later date, however you will not be eligible to a refund once the course has begun for any reason, and you may be charged additionally to rearrange if sufficient notice is not given. You will also not be eligible for a refund if you are unable to complete for reasons such as, fear of bodily fluids, not wanting to become a piercer any longer, or simply being unhappy with the training provided.
